Testimonial From Rui Miranda – SleepTalk Training Brasil, November 2014

Testimonial From Rui Miranda – SleepTalk Training Brasil, November 2014

Rui Miranda, pediatrician, has participated in The Goulding SleepTalk Process Training that took place in Belo Horizonte in November 2014. He was kind enough to share with us his thoughts about the training and the new skills he learned.

(Approximate Translation)
“My name is Rui Miranda. I am pediatrician and I’m doing SleepTalk course.
I found the statements very interesting. They are used as an instrument, a tool that to help children. The method is developed for children. And I think it improves our knowledge on the subject. I am pediatrician and as a given we abide by the rule “primun non nocere”, which means “do no harm”.
And if there is a method that can help children, then we should present it to our customers. Very interesting that may have an important practical application. ”

Tiziana Warmerdan Feedback on Achieving with the Mind Workshop – Eugen Popa – Jan 2015

Tiziana Warmerdan Feedback on Achieving with the Mind Workshop – Eugen Popa – Jan 2015

FEEDBACK – Achieving With the Mind

Tiziana Warmerdan – January 2015

My name is Tiziana Warmerdam.
My intention with this course (Achieving With the Mind) was to be curios about how science and spiritual topics come together, which I believe that nowadays is more and more an issue in the modern world.
To be honest, everything I was reading about, got confirmed in the class and I would say, like I said before, I wish that this kind of topics would be taught in school, to our children. I think it is very helpful!
It would make us live in a better world!

Visiting Thailand January 2015

Visiting Thailand January 2015

Every year I make a point in visiting Thailand, especially in the winter season.
Having lived there for 3 years I realized how much I enjoy warm weather, and how much I dislike cold clammy atmosphere. There is nothing more pleasant than sitting on the beach with your mango shake at 30C when and watching a glorious sunset. And trust me, Koh Phangan has those almost on a daily basis.

Eugen Popa – Sunset Koh Phangan

Granted, there is a rainy season and if you happen to be there when its due (September – December) it can really make you feel like you are in a reality show telling the story of the Flood and Noe’s Arch.

This time I was there with my life and business partner for only 5 weeks, and we left Romania with the declared goal to unwind and get the batteries recharged after a 2014 packed with activities!

After the (now normal) long journey (3 flights and a boat ride) we arrived safely on the shores of Koh Phangan and took a deep breath in! I was home! My “other” home! And I felt happy and content!

We did have a few days to unwind but that didn’t las long as we had to prepare a workshop I was going to teach, Achieving with the Mind!
It was the most challenging workshop I have been teaching so far and one from which I have learned very much. The core content was already there. This was a workshop I had planed to teach for some time now but never had the chance. Initially I was meant to teach the workshop on Healing and Therapeutic Methods but a change in plans took that one out of the picture and I taught Achieving with the Mind instead.
Not to worry though, I will be teaching Healing and Therapeutic Methods in June, when I return to Thailand to teach this workshop and Raja Yoga. So, if you happen to be around Koh Phangan at that time, make sure to stop by and say hi.

It was an intense “holiday” but I won’t trade it for anything in the world! It is my time and place where I really get to disconnect a little bit and take some time off. This time around, I managed to have about 3 days off. I think its a good start! Don’t you?
I’m planing to increase it though, to get to about a week or two.

Check out the sights and the place where I get to chillax and unwind. Maybe it will inspire you to take your next journey there! 🙂

Achieving with the Mind – Meditation

Recently I just finished teaching the Achieving with the Mind Workshop in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

In this very packed, six days training, we used techniques from time management, neuropsychology, biology, physiology, yoga, meditation, goal setting and achieving, NLP and self-hypnosis.

The workshop took place in the heavenly island of Koh Phangan, South Thailand at Agama an International School of Yoga, therapy, healing and personal development. If you are interested in these things, you HAVE to visit! Its one of a kind!

We started with a two-days in-depth presentation of how the mind works and how to create and use self-hypnosis and self-suggestions. Based on these solid principles, we then added more and more techniques and theories that support you in achieving your goal in the shortest amount of time and with the least amount of effort.

We presented information and practical techniques on how to create new Tiny Habits, – as introduced by BJ Fogg – as well as speaking and training people in how to change their MindSet. The MindSet theory has been brought to the world by world renown scientist Carol Dweck.

The whole workshop relied heavily on scientific research and advancements and, beside Tiny Habits and MindSet, we spoke also about Goals Action Plans, about Grit, about Emotions, Implicit and Explicit Beliefs, Behavior, Power of Focus, Body Language, Inner Dialogue and more.

Along with these information we had (almost) daily sessions of Hypnosis and worked on refining our goals and the steps to be taken to achieve it. To do this, we used certain techniques from NLP and Hypnosis. Achieving with the Mind is after all how to use your mind’s abilities in the best possible way to get to your goal!

Overall, this was a very intense training and people had arrived to a clearer understanding of how to set, act and accomplish their goal.

Here you have a few of the feedbacks we received after the workshop. Click on the videos to see what people had to say about this training.

Eugen Popa - Brazil Trip 2014

A few months ago, I would have never dreamed of going to Brazil. Sure, I thought about it passingly and said to myself it would be great if I could get there once in my life, but never had thought that it would happen so fast!
One day, I was approached online by someone who has now become a really good friend and partner, Paulo Almeida, who asked if I would be interested to come to Brazil and participate in an International Coaching Congress organized by him at UNA University in Belo Horizonte.
I was both happy and excited, humbled and honored by his invitation, as I am every time when someone invites me to their country to share the love and the knowledge.

Truth be told, I was skeptical whether I was going or not until I received an email with my plane ticket. That’s when I thought to myself: “This IS happening”.
Five days later, I was boarding my plane, taking off to meet my destiny in Belo Horizonte.

Eugen Popa - Brasil Trip 2014 International Coaching Congress 2As I landed, I was welcomed by a wonderful welcome committee, namely Paulo, Paula and Wolfgang! What a crazy bunch!! We had a 1/2 hour drive to the hotel and I got the chance to see a little bit of Belo Horizonte, a city of 5 Million people!

We arrived at the hotel right accross from UNA University’s campus and very close to a really beautiful park whose name I cannot recall right now. Paulo insisted it is not a park but a square.Eugen Popa - Brasil Trip 2014 3
Regardless, as I got into my room finally, I reached for a bottle of water in the fridge only to find it stuffed with some really yummy local local goodies! These people know I love fruits! 🙂

Then visited a few class at the University where gave a short introduction to students about the programs we were presenting: SleepTalk and Dunstan Baby Language as well as Subliminal Therapy and other coaching programs.

Next day, we went on a bit of a sightseeing and encountered some of the most fiered up football fans (that is soccer for you, american readers out there) you can ever imagine. It was 2 hours before the game and they were already partying and celebrating.

Next day, was the first day at the Congress. It was pretty intense, with lots of people interested in the subjects presented and ready and eager to learn. The room was packed!
Every day of the weekend I was either teaching  in a class, or presenting in the large auditorium. What can I say.. I love my “job”!

As we approached the end of the weekend, we made plans to go to a football game and that was again, lots of fun! A great way to end this great journey to Brazil.
We watched Cruzeiro and I was sitting right next to the ‘tifosi’ who didn’t even blink when their team was one down in the first 3 minutes of the game. It was like nothing happened! They kept on shouting and singing and screaming and jumping!

Next morning, on Monday, I had to leave. I was sad to leave behind this amazing experience and at the same time grateful for the amazing moments I shared with my new friends!
Paulo and his team are probably the best hosts I have encountered and I am feeling truly blessed for their company and everything they offered.
We were already talking about coming back next year, and I couldn’t be happier if that were to happen!

Thank you all for an amazing time! Thank you Brazil!

Raja Yoga Workshop – June 2014

Raja Yoga Workshop – June 2014

In June 2013, together with my friend and mentor Swami Vivekananda Saraswati we presented the first Raja Yoga Workshop at Agama International School in Koh Phangan, Thailand.

The whole workshop was very intense and it steadily grew and developed during the 5 days as we delved deeper into meditations, hypnosis sessions, physical and breathing exercises.
Each day we learned something new, uncovered more mysteries of our minds and realized that the only limits are those set by ourselves.

Please read the testimonials of some of the participants and see the images from the workshop.

I am so greatful for all these unique, amazing and powerful techniques […] Change the destiny of my life and reprogam everything. WOW! Thank you!
It was Perfect!
A.

I found the Raja Yoga workshop very useful and I was able to integrate the teachings in my life easily. I greatly enjoyed the mix of Eugen and Swami and I am grateful to have this experience.
The drop-finger technique, Buddhi Tattva Shakti, Vikusak and Shambala and the Tara Meditation were great for me!
Karlee

I realized that beliefs are a command at the level of the being. The value of noticiing the quality of my self-hypnosis is and will be PROFOUND!
Thank you Eugen.
Grant

Amazing!!!
Fascinating what you can do in the Control Room! I fell I’ve gained so much for my spiritual practice. Experienced the different bodies, went into an amazing lucid dream by changing things in the Control Room.
Kerstin

Personally, I consider Raja Yoga Workshop, beside the “Art of Dying” and the “Metaphysics” to be the most important workshop for me!
It went unexpected deep! This combination of Raja Yoga and Hypnosis is brilliant and very much resonating with me. Thank you for offering that!
Birgit

The Raja Yoga Workshop has opened my mind to the power of my mind. It has shown me how I can develop both physically and spiritually in very powerful ways. It has benefited me greatly in my personal life and I have to continue the practices to bring me to a better place mentally and spiritualy.
I enjoyed the Control Room the most, as it allowed me to have control over every aspect of my being and allowed me to be the person I want to be with great belief that when I am improving the changing is real! The fact that you can make yourself any way you want to be, physcailly and spiritually (along with additional practices) is extremely powerful.
A.

This workshop was fantastic! I Loved it! It has inspired me to learn hypnotherapy!
John

Now I know I’m not nuts! I have to change many things in my life (smoking addictions). I feel much more better and I found the techniques & resources I needed to practice my spirituality.Self-hypnosis sessions helped me a lot to establish a deeper and much smoother transition between my conscious and subconscious mind.
The Shambala meditation with a preparation of trance was Amazing! It was a peak experience for me!

Eugen Popa Interview with Marx Howell on Forensic Hypnosis

Eugen Popa Interview with Marx Howell on Forensic Hypnosis

by | Dec 9, 2013 | 0 comments

Hipnoza-Judiciara-Eugen-Popa-Interview-with-Marx-Howell-forensic-hypnosisMarx Howell is the presiden of International Society for Investigative and Forensic Hypnosis and one of the most experienced professionals in the field. In his more than 30 years in the service of Texas Public Safety Department where he started as a patrool officer and advanced all the way to Police Inspector, Marx has been part of many operations and experiences. When his superior asked him to be part of a comission board investigating the use of hypnosis in police work and investigations, he had the usual reaction people have, scoffing at the idea and considering hypnosis to be a bunch of woo woo stuff.

However, when he started looking closer into it, it felt more like a veil lifting and it all started to make more sense, realizing in the end that hypnosis is more like an underexploited gold mine. He needed to study more in depth so he went to LA and studied with late Dr. Marting Reiser, author of Handbook of Investigative Hypnosis. As he learned more about hypnosis and started to apply it, he become more experienced and then, during a period of 5 years, between 1975 – 1980, along with other officers they used hypnosis in more than 1300 cases. In about 1000 of them hypnosis has lead to uncovering more information, even though not all the information discolsed has had any impact on the ivestigation.

After his retirement from the force, Marx continued to train and teach other officers and hypnosis professionales interested in this use of hypnosis. In this interview, we have the great opportunity to here the man himself talk about investigative and forensic hypnosis, sharing with us his experience and knowledge.

Thank you Marx again, for this great opportunity

News story on national TV Station – Antena 1

On November 2-3 2013 I had as honored guests, Larry Elman and Cheryl Elman and together we presented a very special workshop: Introduction to Classic Hypnosis. The title “classic” is due to its view in Romania, where everything not academic is therefore classic. The workshop was a great success and we are all thrilled to have been part of it.

Elman’s presence in Romania and the workshop itself stirred up interest from big TV stations and one of them came over to do a story on it. Even though the story is in Romanian, I am sure most of you will understand it! The reporter is asking questions about stage hypnosis, how and why it works and they interpose images from different stage shows out there. This is just part one of the story and in the second one we speak about the therapeutic benefits of hypnosis.

Thank you Jerry Valley and Tommy Vee for your expertise in the subject and for the wealth of knowledge I learned about stage hypnosis via your training as well as our direct encounter.

Stay tuned for the second part.
